Are you willing to use your music talent one Sunday a month, to serve Jesus Christ? We are praying for a keyboardist/music director to help introduce the church to a new level of music ministry. We prefer at least a one Sunday a month, one year commitment. However, commitment and compensation terms are negotiable. Our Statement of Faith:1. THE WORD OF GOD - We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired and without error in the original manuscripts, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and that it has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct (Matt. 5: 17-19; 2 Tim. 3:16; Heb. 4:12; 2 Pet. 1:20-21. 2. THE TRINITY – We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons; that these are equal in every divine perfection, and that they execute distinct but harmonious offices in the work of creation, providence and redemption (Gen. 1:26; Isa. 48:16; Matt. 28: 18-20; 2 Cor. 13: 14.) 3. GOD THE FATHER – We believe in God, the Father, an infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love. We believe that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men, that He hears and answers prayer, and that He saves from sin and death all who com to Him through Jesus Christ (Gen. 1:1; Matt. 6:9, 32; Col. 1:3-14; Eph. 3: 14-15, 4:6; Rev. 3:5) 4. JESUS CHRIST – We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings. We believe in His substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into Heaven, perpetual intercession for His people, and personal visible return to earth (Isa. 53; Lk. 1: 34-35; Jo. 20:27; 1 Cor.15: 1-8; Heb. 4: 14-16, 7:24-25). 5. THE HOLY SPIRIT - We believe in the Holy Spirit which comes forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify, and empower all who believe in Jesus Christ. We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is a singular simultaneous experience at the moment of saving faith whereby all believers are positionally placed in the body of Christ and the emergence of any truly divine “sign gifts” will respect the parameters of Scripture. We believe that the Holy Spirit is an abiding helper, teacher, and guide and that all believers should seek to be filled with the Spirit as they walk in continued faith and obedience (Gen. 1:2; Jo.14:16, 26; Rom. 6, 8; 1 Cor.6:11, 12:13) 6. REGENERATION – We believe that all men are sinners by nature and by choice and are, therefore, under condemnation. We believe that those who repent of their sins and trust in Jesus Christ as Saviour are regenerated by the Holy Spirit. (Jo. 3:3-7; 2 Cor. 5:17; Titus 3:5) 7. THE CHURCH – We believe in the universal church, a living spiritual body of which Christ is the head and all regenerated persons are members. We believe in the local church, consisting of a company of believers in Jesus Christ, baptized on a credible profession of faith, and associated for worship, work and fellowship. We believe that God has laid upon the members of the local church the primary task of giving the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost world (Matt. 16: 18; 1 Cor. 1:2, 12:13; Col. 1:8; 1 Pet. 2: 4-8) 8. CHRISTIAN CONDUCT – We believe that a Christian should live for the glory of God and the well being of his fellowmen; that his conduct should be blameless before the world; that he should be a faithful steward of his person and his possessions; and that he should seek to realize for himself and others the full stature of maturity in Christ (Matt.5:13-16; Acts 2:44-45, 4: 32-35; Eph. 2:10; Gal. 5: 22-25; 1 Pet. 2:12; 1 Jo.4:8-10). 9. THE ORDINANCES – We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has committed two ordinances to the local church, baptism and the Lord’s Supper. We believe that Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water, in the name of the triune God (Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:4). We believe that the Lord’s Supper was instituted by Christ for the commemoration of His death (Luke 22:17-20, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26). We believe that these ordinances should be observed and administered until the return of the Lord Jesus Christ . 10. RELIGIOUS LIBERTY - We believe that every human being has direct relations with God, and is responsible to God alone in all matters of faith (Romans 14:12, 1 Timothy 2:5, Hebrews 4:16), that each church is independent and must be free from interference by an ecclesiastical or political authority; that therefore Church and State must be kept separate as having different functions each fulfilling its duties free from dictation or patronage of the other (1 Pet. 2:11; 1 Jo. 2:15-17). 11. CHURCH COOPERATION – We believe that local churches can best promote the cause of Jesus Christ be cooperating with one another. Any affiliation with a denominational conference should be voluntary and allowed to be terminated at any time. Churches should likewise cooperate with other denominational fellowships on a voluntary, independent basis for a supreme display of the deity of Jesus Christ and the reconciling power of the His Gospel (John 17:21; Eph. 4:4-6; Phil. 2:2-4). 12. THE LAST THINGS – We believe in the personal, visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to earth and the establishment of His Kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment, the eternal felicity of the righteous and the endless suffering of the wicked (Matt. 24:30-31, 25:46; 1 Thess. 4:13-17; Rev. 20-22).

(Read by Max McLean. Provided by The Listener's Audio Bible.)| Trinity has taken on the mantle of an abassador for Christianity within the culture, politics, and happenings of the city of Brockton. Standing firmly on the power of the Bible and the message of Christ, it has become an active part of the city's religious conversation, and contributes actively to the community around them. |
Teaching english as a second language is a program that TBC is proud to offer as part of its commitment to benefitting the people of Brockton. In a state of the art computer lab, classes are held each week to members of the community looking to further their own education and language skills. If you are interested in learning more about this program, please contact us at the church office.
Trinity is closely associated with several other churches in the surrounding area, seeking not just to be an "island of Christianity", but rather to be a part of the larger "kingdom of God" in our region. These churches support each other, join in ministry together, pray together and are looking to work together to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to those around us.
